BANK TRANSFER

To pay by bank transfer, please send your payment to the following account:

Once you have made the payment, please confirm your order manually by going to the My Account > My Order menu


VIRTUAL ACCOUNT

Before placing an order, make sure you choose the bank that will be use for payment
(ex: Mandiri - Choose Mandiri virtual) because payments via virtual account cannot be transfer from a different bank


Check the payment expiration period at the billing payment.
Follow the payment instructions on the billing payment.
And don't forget to screenshot the billing payment.

  • Input your credit/debit card; credit/debit card number, expiration date, and security code
  • Make sure the email billing address is correct

  1. Open your Gojek app or other e-wallet.
  2. Scan the QR code
  3. Check your payment details, then tap the Pay button.
  4. Enter your PIN.
  5. Your transaction is completed.

OVO

  • The duration of payment verification is only 30 seconds.
  • Make sure you use the same phone number with your OVO account.
  • Before placing an order, make sure your balance is sufficient to make a payment.

DANA

  • Enter your DANA account phone number.
  • Make sure your balance is sufficient to make a payment.

SHOPEEPAY

  • Please scan the available QRIS QR Code to make a payment
  • Make sure your balance is sufficient to make a payment.

LINK AJA

  • Enter the mobile number that integrated with LinkAja
  • Make sure your balance is sufficient to make a payment.

Payment confirmation is only required if you make a payment using manual transfer. follow the step below :

1. During checkout, we'll provide an estimated delivery date. We'll also include that date in your order confirmation email.

2. It’s important to make sure the email you input when ordering is correct.

3. We will send the receipt/tracking number the day (D+1) after the item is successfully shipped. If you’re not getting the number in your inbox, please check the spam/promotions email tab.

4. We ship every day except Sundays and public holidays.

5. If you place an order the day before our off day after 13.30 WIB, we will ship it on the next working day.

6. To track your order, you can track it on the website of the shipping service.
